Bunea Delivers Keynote Talk at Big Data Conference

Cornell Stats Professor Florentina Bunea delivered a keynote talk at the recent Theory of Big Data Conference in London. A gathering of the top experts in Big Data methodology, the three-day conference held earlier this month featured Bunea as plenary speaker. Her talk, “Model based variable clustering: minimax membership detection”, drew on her research interests in machine learning and empirical processes theory.
