Tejas Ramdas

About

Tejas Ramdas is a Ph.D. candidate in Statistics at Cornell University and recently graduated with a Ph.D. in Management from Cornell’s S.C. Johnson College of Business. His statistics research focuses on causal machine learning, explainable AI, natural language processing, and network analysis, with applications in finance and law. His management research examines competitive strategy, technological innovation, and how breakthroughs reshape firms’ opportunities for invention. He also studies coordination and common knowledge in collectives of AI agents.

Tejas is on the academic job market for the year 2026-27.
