How to Apply
The Graduate School strongly recommends that you submit your application electronically using
the Web-Based Application form. A complete
application also requires that you submit some
materials directly to your desired Field of Study. Application material for the Field of
Statistics should be mailed to:

Re: MS/PhD Application
Please do not send transcripts, credit card numbers, or any other information regarding your application via e-mail or fax to the Field of Statistics. The Field of Statistics will not accept any materials sent using these methods. In addition, the Department of Statistical Science assumes no liability for any information that is sent via e-mail or fax. Please

further details on admission requirements, including information on degrees, subjects and
concentrations for the MS/PhD, PhD, and MPS programs.
Application Deadlines
Applications for the MS/PhD program are due by January 15 for admission in the following Fall
term; Spring term admission is not permitted.
The MPS Program in Applied Statistics will accept
applications until August 1; however, preference
is given to applications received by March 15. The MPS program does not offer admission for the Spring term.
